♡ All sales are final

♡ You must contact me within 7 days of the receipt of your order for any order issues. 

♡ Any errors made by me are reviewed before processing refunds

♡ Just remember to contact me immediately for any issues with your order â™¡

Custom Cases

♡ Price quotes are submitted within 72hrs of receipt. Please contact inquiry@loveteetee.com if you do not receive one

♡ Custom orders are not processed until a complete payment has been received.

♡ Customers only have 2 chances to make any layout changes. 

♡ If colors are not chosen for the requested cabochon pieces, I will choose one based on the requested theme

♡ Customers are not able to make cabochon piece changes once they have been created

♡ Custom orders have a 2-4 week waiting period. Customers are notified if a longer time frame is anticipated

♡ There are ABSOLUTELY no refunds or exchanges for custom made items.

Custom Nails

♡ Custom Nail designs are not offered at this time

♡ You may request a custom listing for a custom nail sizing of a premade design

♡ Nails are made to order. Customers are notified if a longer time frame is anticipated

♡ Nail orders have a 1-2 week waiting period.

♡ There are no refunds or exchanges for nail items, because they are made to order.

Ordered a Custom Case! Check out the timeline

♡ Submit custom order form

♡ Receive quote within 72 hrs

♡ Approve/disapprove/change the requested items

♡ Payment processed and approved (1-2 business days)

♡ Requested pieces are created

♡ If you've requested a specialty item that needs to be ordered, it is ordered for case

♡ Custom item that was ordered has arrived to me

♡ Send layout to customer

♡ Layout confirmed/denied

♡ Create Case 

♡ Case is air dried 

♡ Ship case to customer.
